That little or no exercise can lead to diabetes and heart diseases. Experts have said that exercis<br>ing for about 30 minutes per day helps your respiratory system and increases your heartbeat. Try dancing, jogging, skipping, e. t. c 

That fast food consumption is a modern lifestyle that is dangerous to the health. Junk foods are not healthy food for the body.

That irregular eight hour sleep is bad for the health; physically and mentally.

That use of pills and supplementary for diet is not healthy. Pills, for getting abs, flat belly, big boobs, are bad for the health. Remember, not good comes easy. Regular exercise and trimmed diet should be observed as often as possible.

That hereditary health issues could be cured with constant medical advice and treatment.
